Event FAQ

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Hocus Pocus will be an 18+ event. Please bring your ID to the show to be checked prior to entry. You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol or a VIP Table!

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?

Yes! We love to see you express yourself and let your creativity shine. 

For the general safety and comfort of those around us, please keep the below in mind when planning your costumes;

• Costumes should not resemble police, fire, security, or medical uniforms 
• No drug or drug paraphernalia
• No handcuffs, sharp metal spikes, or props with violent associations (chains, tethers, ropes, crops, or similar)
• No weapons or weapon-like props, real or fictional (including whips, lightsabers, axes, pocket knives, swords, guns, fake weapons/props, etc.)
• No glass or ceramic masks, however masks are welcome. Please ensure your face is recognizable when compared to your government-issued ID
• Keep your makeup fun! But please be mindful of heavy makeup as you cannot be identified when compared to your government-issued ID. 
• Costumes and decorations should always be inclusive and respectful!

CAN I UPGRADE MY GA TICKET TO VIP?

Yes, if you’d like to upgrade to a VIP Ticket, please visit the Box Office at the venue, or our VIP Upgrade tent located near Infinity Room. 

Please refer to our event map once it is released for reference on our socials, or Insomniac App.

WILL SET TIMES GET POSTED IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we will post event set times in advance on Factory Town social’s, the Insomniac App, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page!) Please Note: The lineup is subject to change.

ARE FOOD AND WATER STATIONS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we’ve specially curated local food vendors for your enjoyment. We also have water refill stations available for use.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is no onsite parking at Factory Town. We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services when coming to the venue. 

Please do not trust anyone claiming to be staff operating parking near the venue, as they are not affiliated with us. Cars that are parked illegally or in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owner's expense!

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?

Door times will vary from show to show. Please reference the time listed on your ticket and posted event information for more information!

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your Factory Town ticket to your friends and family by using the DICE app.

DO I NEED AN ID TO ATTEND AN EVENT?

A valid, government-issued ID is required to attend any event at Factory Town, or purchase alcohol.

Valid IDs Accepted: 

• Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth 
• Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valiud for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.) 
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license–ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

IDs Not Accepted:

• NO School ID 
• NO Consular ID
• NO Birth Certificate
• NO Expired ID of any kind
• NO photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
• NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license)

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?

Re-entry is only allowed for VIP ticket purchasers. 

If you have a GA ticket and would like to upgrade to VIP, please visit our Box Office or VIP Upgrade tent once you’ve arrived. 

Please refer to our event map for exact locations of our Box Office and VIP Upgrade tent on our  socials, website, or Insomniac App once posted.

WILL THERE BE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes, please go to the Guest Services container at the venue for assistance. Our Guest Services container is located near the north entrance of the venue.

WHAT ITEMS AM I PROHIBITED FROM BRINGING TO THE VENUE?

The below are not allowed to be brought into Factory Town:

• Aerosol Products/cans
• Toy Guns, Water Guns, Slingshots
• Weapons Of Any Kind
• Costumes That Resemble Public Safety Uniforms
• Drones, Remote-Controlled Aircraft, Toys
• Drugs Or Drug Paraphernalia
• Glass, Cans, Cups Or Coolers
• Laser Pointers And Air Horns
• Markers, Pens Or Spray Paint
• Outside Food Or Beverages
• Professional Video Or Audio Equipment
• Totems Or Decorated Pool Noodles
• Red-Colored Light-Up Wands, Batons, Or Lightsabers

WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE VENUE?

Please see below for items that are permitted to be brought into Factory Town:

• Deodorant
• E-Cigs/vapes
• Non-Clear (And Clear) Hydration Packs With No More Than Two Main Comparments And One Smaller Compartment (Must Be Empty Upon Entry)
• Non-Professional Cameras Under 6"
• Physician-Prescribed Medication That Is Not Expired (Must Show Physician's Prescription And Consult With Safety Officer Upon Entry)
• Reusable Water Bottles (Must Be Empty Upon Entry)
• Sealed Intranasal Naloxone
• Clear Bags That Do Not Exceed 12" X 6" X 12" O Non-Clear Cand Clear) Small Clutch Bags Not Exceeding 6"X9" (15cm X 23cmd With Or Without Handle Or Carrying Straps Are Permitted

WHAT IS OUR BAG POLICY?

Please reference the below when planning what bags to bring to Factory Town: 

• Bags sized 6 X 9 or smaller of any kind are permitted (Do not need to be clear). Any bags exceeding 6 X 9 must be clear, and may not exceed 12 X 6 X 12. Empty hydration packs with no more than 2 compartments are permitted
