Rising from the shell of a former mattress factory in Hialeah — Miami’s ‘City of Progress’ — Factory Town is seven acres of steel, concrete, and open sky repurposed into a living, breathing city of sound. Here, every walk of life converges: dreamers, creatives, and misfits.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

At Factory Town, we create and produce events for all ages. However, please refer to your desired event details for more information on age limits. You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol or a VIP Table.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?

Door times will vary from show to show. Please reference the time listed on your ticket and posted event information for more information!

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your Factory Town ticket to your friends and family by using the DICE app.

DO I NEED AN ID TO ATTEND AN EVENT?

A valid, government-issued ID is required to attend any event at Factory Town, or purchase alcohol.

Valid IDs Accepted: 

• Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth 
• Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valiud for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.) 
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license–ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

IDs Not Accepted:

• NO School ID 
• NO Consular ID
• NO Birth Certificate
• NO Expired ID of any kind
• NO photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
• NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license)

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?

Re-entry is only allowed for VIP ticket purchasers. 

If you have a GA ticket and would like to upgrade to VIP, please visit our Box Office or VIP Upgrade tent once you’ve arrived.

WILL THERE BE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes, please go to the Guest Services container at the venue for assistance. Our Guest Services container is located near the north entrance of the venue.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is no onsite parking at Factory Town. We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services when coming to the venue. 

Please do not trust anyone claiming to be staff operating parking near the venue, as they are not affiliated with us. Cars that are parked illegally or in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owner's expense!

WHAT DOES A VIP TICKET GET ME AT FACTORY TOWN?

WHAT ARE THE TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of the following terms, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the sale, as acknowledged during the purchase process. This ticket is a revocable license for the date and time (unless rescheduled) listed on the front thereof. Entry into the event is strictly limited to people who are over such age as designated by Insomniac Holdings, LLC (“Insomniac”). Insomniac reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Insomniac to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the event. Unauthorized resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Recording and transmitting any report, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued is unauthorized, except for limited non-commercial purposes on holder’s personal social media channels only provided that holder is solely responsible for and required to obtain any and all permissions required prior to posting, including but not limited to music clearances, and that recording or transmitting any video in excess of fifteen (15) seconds long (regardless of whether it is a single video or series) is strictly prohibited. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized and hereby consents to the use of holder’s photograph, image, voice, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio, video, digital, photograph or other transmission or publication of such event, and in promotion therefor, in any and all media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without remuneration by Insomniac or any of its affiliates. Holder may not bring alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers of any kind into the premises. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Price includes all applicable taxes. Holder assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket was issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue/facility, artist(s) performing, participants, participating clubs, Insomniac, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents and representatives are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes. By entering the venue and/or the event, you (a) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death, (b) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind (“Claims”), that you may experience or incur, and (c) hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoter(s), vendor(s), and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords and their respective officers, directors, and employees from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Please respect the venue and the environment and avoid litter. WARNING: EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC WILL DAMAGE YOUR HEARING. Insomniac will not be held liable for amenities promised by VIP or otherwise. The use of this ticket for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, etc. without the express written consent of Insomniac is expressly prohibited. Holder bears all risks of inclement weather. Event date, time, location and talent subject to change. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms stated herein and the terms contained in the applicable ticketing agency’s terms of use/sale, the terms stated herein shall control.

What Can I Bring?

• Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
• Weapons of any kind
• Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms
• Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Glass, cans, cups or coolers
• Laser pointers and air horns
• Markers, pens or spray paint
• Outside food or beverages
• Professional video or audio equipment
• Totems or decorated pool noodles
• Red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers

WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE VENUE?

Please see below for items that are permitted to be brought into Factory Town:

• Deodorant
• E-cigs/vapes
• Non-clear (and clear) hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment (must be empty upon entry)
• Non-professional cameras under 6"
• Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician's prescription and consult with safety officer upon entry)
• Reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
• Sealed Intranasal Naloxone
• Clear bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
• Non-clear and clear small clutch bags not exceeding 6" x 9" (15cm x 23cm) - with or without handle or carrying straps are permitted

WHAT IS OUR BAG POLICY?

Please reference the below when planning what bags to bring to Factory Town: 

• Bags sized 6" x 9" or smaller of any kind are permitted (Do not need to be clear).
• Any bags exceeding 6" x 9" must be clear, and may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
• Empty hydration packs with no more than 2 compartments are permitted.
