About Factory Town
Located in Hialeah, Miami’s “City of Progress,” Factory Town is committed to fostering a community of dancers and other creatives that is bigger and more inclusive of South Florida’s uniquely diverse population than any large venue before or since.
All walks of life are welcome in this multi-acre outdoor space to participate in our community marketplace, engage with like-minded individuals over South Florida’s blossoming fine arts scene and dance from sunshine to starlight at some of the hottest international music festivals in the US.

- IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Please refer to the specific event information on age limits. You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol or a VIP Table.
- WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?
Door times will vary from show to show. The time listed on your ticket is when doors will open.
- DO I NEED AN ID TO ATTEND AN EVENT?
A valid, government-issued ID is required to attend any age restricted event or purchase alcohol.
Valid IDs Accepted:
- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valiud for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license–ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

- WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
Bags sized 6 X 9 or smaller of any kind are permitted (Do not need to be clear). Any bags exceeding 6 X 9 must be clear, and may not exceed 12 X 6 X 12. Empty hydration packs with no more than 2 compartments are permitted
- IS THERE PARKING?
There is no onsite parking at the venue, so please plan accordingly. Do not trust anyone claiming to be staff operating parking near the venue, as they are not affiliated with us. Cars parked illegally or in unauthorized areas will be towed at owner’s expense.
